Do you think ex-felons should be allowed to vote? If so, under what circumstances? If not, why not?

I think that they should be allowed to vote. I think if they have done their time then they should be able to do as they please. I think they should also have a say in what goes on in our country and who leads it. It’s like your taking freedom from people who live in a free country. This is just my opinion.
