Just set up an equation using the formula:
F = 9/5*C+32
65 = 9/5*C+32
Solve for C:
65 = 9/5*C+32
65 -32 = 9/5*C+32 -32
33 = 9/5*C
33 *5/9 = 9/5*C *5/9
55/3 =c
So,
The temperature in degrees Celsius is about 18.3
