Occurs with the arousal of the sympathetic nervous system, and prepares the person for action. The adrenal glands are stimulates and are part of this negative feedback loop.

Ans.

The flight-or fight response or acute stress response is defined as a physiological response of body, which occurs in response to a recognized harmful event, such as threat to survival or attack. The medulla oblongata plays an important role to initiate the physiological actions that takes place during fight-or-flight response.

At first, medulla oblongata activates the sympathetic nervous system that release nor-epinephrine hormone that initiates flight-or fight response.

Then, medulla oblongata activates the parasympathetic nervous system that helps in return the body to back or homeostasis after the flight or fight response.
