According to Gilligan, Kohlberg theory will not match the current reality because she believed that Male sense of moral reasoning tend to be based in abstract justice such as what considered fair to obtain an ambition) while female sense of moral reasoning tend to be based on sense of responsibility (such as what's best for her children)
