Secondary structure. The primary structure is the order that the amino acids occurs in the polypeptide. Secondary is are the alpha helices and beta pleated sheets. Tertiary structure is how those secondary structures interact with each other and make a 3D shape. Quaternary is when any number of tertiary structures that interact to make a protein.
