The answer is "Akhenaten". Akhenaten, was an 18th Dynasty Egyptian pharaoh, ruler for 17 years, he died in 1336 BC. He tried changing the religion to worship centered on the Aten, the Sun, but it was not adopted. His statues were destroyed after his death, his monuments were hidden, and his name was omitted from the list of kings.
