A hypothetical poison prevents nucleoli from carrying out their functions. Which organelles would be affected by this poison? What would the cell be unable to do?

The organelle that will be affected because of the poison is the Ribosomes. It is because the nucleoli is the one responsible of making sub units of the ribosomes and to assemble them together, if this is poisoned, the ribosomes will likely be affected because of the poison.
