The nurse will have the preliminary check with new client, identify whether is it an accidental case or any other medical emergencies. Based on the situation will provided the first aid like dressing, checking BP, heart rate, pulse rate and also prepare the observation sheet for further reference for the Doctors to refer the history of the patient or the client. If required may give basic medications to the client when he/she is diagnosed by the doctor in-charge.
