Adjacent angles share a vertex and a side. For EDF, since the vertex is completely unrelated to AEB, it is not adjacent. For DEA, since it shares a vertex (the line BED, and they add up to get it) and shares the line EA, it is adjacent. For GDA, since it clearly does not share a common vertex, it is not adjacent.
