This answer is B; Proton is positively charged, nucleus. Neutron has no charge, nucleus; Electron is negatively charged, outside of the nucleus. Where the rings are.

The correct answer for subatomic particles is:
Proton: positive charge, nucleus
Neutron: neutral charge, nucleus
Electron: negative charge, space outside the nucleus (also called "extranuclear")
