D 5/4 x - 4
You find the slope using the slope formula, 1-(-4)/4-0 which should give you 5/4 and then you substitute 5/4 into the equation y=mx+c . y=5/4x+ c. You take the x and y values of any of the two points and substitute them into this equation to solve for c which should give you -4.The equation of the line is 5/4x -4.Hope this helps!
