Let the side length of Bulletin Board which is in the shape of Square=x cm

Now,

$\rightarrow(1)/(8) * x \\\\=(x)/(8)\text{cm}$

So, Side Length of Square should be less than
$(x)/(8)\text{cm}$

So, two rational numbers that are within
(1)/(8) of the actualy side length(x) will be

=A number less than
