It seems most likely that the answer would be fatalities in collisions involving drugged driving which would include both alcohol and/or drugs. The majority of traffic collisions ending in fatalities in the States are caused by people driving while under the influence of either alcohol or drugs. Being intoxicated impairs your ability to drive safely but unfortunately many people still do it.
