Nitrogen I think that you are asking about
Still the main basic elements that make up living organisms are in order of presence Oxygen - Carbon - Hydrogen - Nitrogen
And mostly alll of proteins and definitely amino-acids contain carbon, nitrogen, and hydrogen.
