rugby teams have 13 in the starting line up and 4 subs. That means there are (13 + 4) = 17 players on each team. And if there is 8 teams...
(8 * 17) = 136 total players

each team has 6 forwards and 1 sub forward....so that (6 + 1) = 7 total forwards per team. And if there is 8 teams....(8 * 7) = 56 forwards
