The answer is: few windows and no ventilation. Back in the day, living was very poor. So, given all the answers, B C and D are all decent living styles. They actually didn't have plumbing, and garbage and plumbing would be left in the streets causing disease. A lot of fires caused many to die with overcrowding as well. So, the answer is "few windows and no ventilation"
