No Belinda will not be successful in pursuing a lawsuit against Sergio because the promise was illusory and therefore unenforceable. Sergio also does not provide Belinda with a performance measure to rely on, which gives the contract uncertainty. Sergio is the promissory and has the option to cancel the cotract before work has even begun which means the promise is illusory. Sergio also does not require a reason to end or cancel the contract.
