First plug in -2 for h in the numerator and simplify
4(3(-2)-6)
4(-6-6)
4(-12)
-48
Then plug in -2 for h in the denominator and simplify
1+(-2)
-1
Then divide the simplified numerator and denominator
-48/-1=48
Final answer: 48
