The type of question is a leading question. In addition, a leading question is one that mains a witness to an answer by whichever signifying the answer or by replacing the words of the questioning attorney for those of the witness. Several leading questions request for answers of moreover yes or no but not all questions that call for an answer of yes or no are leading questions.
