What determines where plant and animal resources are found on earth?

A lot of factors go into this. Most plants and animals Like a rain forest. Or  African forests.  These forestes have water vegitation and prey for them to hunt. But it really does depend what type of animal. But something we all need is, Sunlight, Food, And water. These are the bases of all living life.

Many things can factor depends on how the plant was made, such as a cactus, it has adapted to the climate, so an area like a rainforest would drown it.
