The type of rocks that form through the process above would be:

metamorphic rocks (Foliated to be specific) like gneiss, phyllite, schist and slate.

Here is why:

Foliated rocks have a layered or banded appearance. This appearance is due to the exposure to heat and pressure. The lines of shown in the figure to the right as you can see are like layers.

In the attachment below is an example of such a rock.
