The diameter of the average cell in the human body is nearly equal to
1 x 10^-5 meters

We know that 1 meter is equal to 1 x 10^9 nanometers. Therefore, we can simply do cross multiplication to find the diameter of the human cell in nanometers as follows:
diameter = 1 x 10^-5 x 1 x 10^9 = 10,000 nanometers
