A Rate buster is a group member whose work pace is significantly faster than the normal pace in his or her group. They do not maintain the good relationship with the co-workers which they were disliked by their colleagues. The word Rate Buster itself tells the meaning that they produce high productivity but it will cause reduction in rates. They do faster than normal workers but rate busters are slightly dangerous which may cause loss.
