Non-communicable diseases are not infectious/contagious diseases, but of course are diseases, which are generally not safe... So your only available answer option should be "B"

There are many types of non-communicable diseases; COPD, Diabetes, Hypertension, and such diseases, are not caused by viruses, bacteria, or other pathogens, but are instead diseases caused a lot of times by lifestyle choices.
