I believe that all of the options are correct - if you can choose I, II, and III, then I'd choose that.
All of those lines above show some kind of exhilarated, happy, and satisfied mood. You can see that this person is really enjoying playing that instrument, or dancing to the music, and that everyone is captivated by her.
