Unskilled worker made up the largest group in

Egyptian society. These were the people including peasants, those who helped in

construction work and unskilled laborers. Their life revolved around labor and

agriculture for which they had three seasons in Egypt, in the flooding season

when Nile flooded their lands they used to labor hard, and reportedly this is

the season when pyramids were built. When the flooding season was over it

followed plantation season ending at harvesting. As there was no system of moving to upper classes in Egypt

and usually people stayed in the class they were born in, this class was the largest

in Egypt.
