Unequal access to basic services in South Africa is NOT reason enough to commit crime. If we just look at the history of the world we have countless examples of successful and privileged people who suffered worse than mentioned scenarios, still they kept going and achieved their goals without committing any crime. Human being has a built in ability to fight even the worst of the situations, it is only a lame excuse to commit crime when using unequal access or any other reason to justify such an act.
