There are six of them. Melting is when things go from solid to liquid. Freezing is from liquid to solid. Vaporization is from liquid to gaseous. Condensation is from gaseous to liquid. Sublimation is from solid to gaseous, and deposition is from gaseous to solid. There are no other changes to state of matter.
