How do federal judges get their jobs and where is that process described in the constitution?

The answer to this question is Appointed by the president, and All Judiciary policies are in Article III.
In the constitution, article iii is resided especially to address the establishment of the judiciary branch in the government. Such as the task of judicieary branch, the level of superiority between each courts, and the structural procedure that must be done by judiciery branches
