Compare and contrast the approaches of Chandragupta and Asoka to ruling the Mauryan empire.

The methodologies of Chandragupta and Asoka to decision the Mauryan realm is that they both advanced the Mauryan domain beyond yet Chandragupta was a cruel pioneer while Asoka turned from savagery to Buddhism.
The Buddhist sources, composed hundreds of years after the fact, assert that both Chandragupta and his grandson, the colossal benefactor of Buddhism called Ashoka, were of honorable genealogy. A few writings connect him to a similar group of Sakyas from which the Buddha came, including that his sobriquet Moriya.
