I would answer C six years old.

At four, they still have difficulties to drink in a glass
At 6, they're old enough to drink in a glass

Hope I helped !

I believe the correct answer is D. eight years old.
The question refers to psychology and Jean Piaget's research about children's development. Given that the child understood there is the same amount of milk in both glasses (even though one of them is taller than the other), it means that he is in the concrete operations stage of development, which starts at about 7-8 years of age.
