What can I do for a snuffy nose/runny?

You can either get a hot towl or turn the water on in the bathroom and let hot steam build up and breath it in do it can clear up your nose. or you could eat a halls

Hi there,

I recommend you try to blow your runny nose into a tissue and just try get "all of it" out. It's a bit of a process but it works.

Continue with life because it will go away in a couple of days.
