It should be all of them. If there is only one to choose, then pensar should be the best choice.

Pensar is a stem-changing verb, because if you conjugate it into the "yo" form, it would not be "penso." It would be "pienso." Since you have to change the middle of the verb, which is the stem, it is called a stem-changing verb
