I think it's either b or d if that helps at all.

The answer is "B) The Civil War enthusiast portrayed Robert E. Lee at Saturday's Birmingham reenactment." Because Days of the week should always be capitalized. Also largely known wars (Civil War), and names (Robert E. Lee) will be capitalized as well.
