12/-3+-1(14x4)
You can add a one there because anything times 1 is itself. Distribute the -1 to get
-4-56
Add them to get
-60 is your answer

Putting this into an equation, it would be (12 ÷ -3) + - (14 x 4)
-4 + -56 =
-60
