There are many religions throughout the world, and within each is a diverse spectrum of ceremonies that are conducted to honor, worship, celebrate, and even mourn. In the Christian faith, in particular, there is a prominent figure within the church that stands at the forefront of these celebrations: the pastor or minister. The pastor has all eyes upon him or her, and the congregation can clearly see his/her respective actions.
