Cosine is the adjacent/hypotenuse. In this case, the adjacent is 15 and hypotenuse is 21.

15/21, or like 5/7.

Now put that into a fancy calculator with the
cos^(-1) thing or something like that and then you have the answer, or around 44 degrees.
