I'll do 1 and 8, and you should then be able to do 2 and 9!
For 1, we can multiply these separately - 3*4*9=108 and 5+7+2=13 (exponent multiplication is adding them!), so we have 108b^13
For 8, we can again add the exponents up to get (5/7)^8
