Models are one of the major instruments used in science and there are many types. Models are used to explain and describe phenomenons which can not be observed directly. Scientists used models as a thinking tool which help them to form explanations for the phenomenon they observed. Using models enhances system thinking ability; it can help scientists to make predictions about the phenomenon it represents.
