The words fascinante, intéressant, and important are adjectives. why is there an e at the end of fascinante, but not at the end of intéressant and important?

Although this question is taken out of context, I will try to answer it based on my knowledge of French.
In French, adjectives which end in -e usually refer to a feminine noun; so fascinante refers to something feminine, which will use the article la instead of le. On the other hand, the adjectives interessant and important are masculine, and the noun in front of them will use the article le which shows us that the noun is 'male.'
