The three principal team members that are involved in creating a new building are the following—an engineer, a general contractor or builder and an architect. The engineer will make sure the building’s structure, foundation and the point of view, systematically. The architect will be the one who will design and provide ideas in having the building to be formed and the general contractor are the ones who will craft and build the building.
