The question is giving us the following scenario: Grace goes to the doctor. The doctor the doctor tells Grace that while her chronological age is 24, her physiological age is 30. This means that her body aged more than it would have, and it is likely that she was engaging in some unhealthy activities. Some example would be very extreme unhealthy eating, drug abuse and alcoholism - they all make us age faster than we'd like.
