Circumference = 2Pi(r) = 6Pi = 18.85
Comparing the arc length to the entire circumference is
8:18.85 = .4344
Then comparing the central to 360 degrees in a circle is
Angle:360 = 8:18.85
Angle = 152.8 degrees
