How do you interpret algebraic expressions in terms of their context?

Algebraic expressions are composed of numbers and variables. To interpret them, you must have the word problem to provide you with some context. The variables signify parameters that are maybe unknown in the problem. Although unknown, they can have relationships with each other. The relationships are expressed in algebraic equations.
