Making best use of their environment, the Inuit lived in igloos. The Inuit community live in the harsh climate of the Arctic tundra, making it hard for them to find materials to make a shelter. However since they live in a tundra, there is an abundant supply of snow. So the Inuits make a round house from blocks of snow, which are called igloos.
