What factor was most instrumental in heading the rise of the Egyptian civilization

I think the answer is the fertile lands alongside the Nile River. Egypt was able to provide for the basic needs of the people living in their land. They were also able to master the art of domesticating animals as well as trade and barter with the neighboring states. Egyptians would use the river routes to trade with the neighboring kingdoms
