One effect of those battles is that hostility between white settlers and Native Americans deepened.
These battles didn't bring anything good - especially to Native Americans. White settlers came to their country and decided to claim it as their own, which, of course, the natives didn't agree to. Thus, many wars broke out, which led to Native Americans almost becoming extinct.
