1. Perpendicular means that the slope is the negative reciprocal.
Negative reciprocal of -5/3=3/5

Use point slope form.
y-3=3/5(x-6)
y-3=3/5x-18/5
y=3/5x-3/5

2. Parallel means that the slope is the exact same.

Use point slope form.
y-3=-5/3(x-6)
y-3=-5/3x+10
y=-5/3x+13
