Perimeter = 12/3 Side = 4
A = 4 x 2Sqrt(3) / 2 = 4 Sqrt(3) in^2

12 in perimeter/3= 4 in per side (inclding the base)

Area of triangle: bh/2
4(2√3)/2= 8√3 /2= 4√3
