Campus SaVE act is an act for sexual violence elimination, in this act victim have rights and college must provide certain accommodations and measures which includes changes to the survivor’s academic, living, transportation, or working situations.
A victim have rights so college must provide victims about current services which are in and out of the institution like the services about counseling, health care, mental health, victim support, and legal help.
